Mill Win Terms and Conditions — Rules That Apply to All Players

1. Eligibility to Use Mill Win

To register and use the Mill Win platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. These are not optional — they apply to every player regardless of how long they have been using the platform.

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Mill Win does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, place bets or access any gaming content.
• Personal use: You must be registering and playing for your own personal entertainment only. Opening an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• One account per person: Each player is permitted one Mill Win account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or any other variation — is a violation of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. Mill Win may ask you to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification can result in account suspension or closure.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from Mill Win, you are not eligible to register a new account during that exclusion period.

Mill Win reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, at any time and without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register with Mill Win you create a single account that gives you access to all sections of the platform — casino, live casino, sports betting and bingo — with a unified PKR balance. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. Mill Win will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact Mill Win support immediately. We will review the account activity and take appropriate action. Do not continue using an account you believe has been compromised.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Mill Win account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not save your login credentials on shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account when using the platform on a device that others have access to.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date so Mill Win can reach you for verification or security purposes.

Mill Win may at any time request identity verification documents as part of our standard account review process. This is a normal part of platform operations and is not an indication of wrongdoing. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may have withdrawals held until the process is resolved.

3. Deposits and PKR Payments

All deposits at Mill Win are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any method-specific limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits are processed as quickly as the payment method allows. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. Mill Win does not control the processing times of third-party payment providers and is not responsible for delays on their end.

• You may only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are for gaming use on the Mill Win platform only and cannot be transferred to other users.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact support as soon as possible. Mill Win cannot guarantee that a deposit reversal will be possible once funds have been credited.
• Mill Win does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Mill Win monitors deposits for unusual patterns and reserves the right to request additional verification for large or irregular deposits before funds are made available for play.

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the Mill Win payments team. Processing times vary by method and by your current VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers at Mill Win receive priority withdrawal processing. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal amount and daily limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not been fully verified, withdrawals may be held until verification is completed.
• Any active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements must be wagered in full before the withdrawal of the associated winnings is permitted. Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not processed under any circumstances.
• Mill Win reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or that fall outside normal account activity patterns.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the funds are returned to your Mill Win account balance and you will be notified of the reason where permitted.

Mill Win aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. If you have not received a withdrawal within the expected timeframe for your payment method, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Mill Win — whether in the sports betting section covering cricket, PSL, T20, football or esports, or in the casino, live casino or bingo sections — are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.

Casino game outcomes at Mill Win are determined by certified random number generators. The RTP and volatility for each game are displayed in the game information screen. Past results have no influence on future outcomes — this is a mathematical property of certified RNG systems, not a platform policy choice.

• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and section. These limits are displayed before you place any wager.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the server-side game record, not by what was displayed on your device at the point of disconnection.
• Mill Win reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred in the sports betting odds, or where a game malfunction has produced an incorrect outcome.
• Winnings are credited to your PKR account balance automatically when a bet or game round is settled.
• Live casino game rules, including blackjack, roulette and baccarat procedures, follow the standard rules of each game as described in the relevant game interface. The dealer's actions follow those rules regardless of player preference.
• PSL and cricket betting markets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather-affected matches and results subject to official review are settled once a final official result is confirmed.

If you believe a bet or game round has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of the settlement with your bet reference. Mill Win will review the server-side records and respond. After 72 hours, settled results are considered final.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Mill Win offers bonuses and promotions from time to time across casino, live casino, betting and bingo sections. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps — which are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.

These general bonus terms apply across all Mill Win promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are for use on the Mill Win platform only. They cannot be withdrawn as cash unless wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. High-RTP slots, certain table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Mill Win reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will have it honoured under the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including registering multiple accounts, exploiting wagering loopholes or coordinating with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

VIP programme points are earned separately from bonuses. Points accumulate from qualifying PKR wagers across all sections of Mill Win and contribute to your VIP tier progression. VIP programme rules are described in the VIP section of the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming

Mill Win is an entertainment platform for adults. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide tools to help you manage your play. These tools are available in your account settings and can be adjusted at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit has a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached you will be notified and the session will end.
• Self-exclusion: If you want to stop using Mill Win entirely for a period of time, self-exclusion is available. During self-exclusion your account is suspended and you cannot register a new account on the platform.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Mill Win. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance or winnings associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or circumvent game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use Mill Win for any unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the offer, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Any behaviour toward Mill Win staff or other players that is abusive, threatening or harassing.

Mill Win monitors account activity across all sections of the platform. Where prohibited conduct is detected, Mill Win will take action up to and including permanent account closure without prior notice, and will not be obligated to return funds associated with the prohibited activity.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Mill Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which an account may be suspended or closed include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct as described in Section 8, or self-exclusion request by the account holder.

If your account is suspended for an administrative reason such as a pending verification, normal service will resume once the matter is resolved. If your account is closed for a breach of terms, the closure is final and a new account cannot be opened.

You may close your own Mill Win account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining withdrawable PKR balance will be processed back to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mill Win provides the platform on an as-available basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times.

• Mill Win is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, internet connectivity issues on your end or third-party payment provider delays.
• Mill Win is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Mill Win's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the PKR amount of the bet or transaction directly involved in that incident.
• Gaming and betting involves financial risk. By using Mill Win you accept that you may lose the PKR funds you deposit and wager. Mill Win is not responsible for gambling losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by Mill Win.

11. Privacy and Data

Mill Win collects and processes personal information to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity and comply with our platform obligations. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights in relation to your data are described in full in the Privacy Policy.

By registering with Mill Win you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described there. The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and conditions.

Mill Win will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and process your transactions.

12. Changes to These Terms

Mill Win may update these terms and conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the platform after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these terms were most recently reviewed. If you disagree with an update to these terms, you may close your account as described in Section 9. Continuing to use Mill Win after changes are published means you accept the current version of these terms.
